    Plumbing

    Plumbing

    Prismatic's Clojure(Script) utility belt

Plumbing is a general-purpose Clojure utility belt and data transformation library endorsed for its pragmatic approach to everyday tasks. It offers a toolkit of macros and functions that simplify common data manipulation patterns, and includes a “Graph” abstraction for structured computation flows. Most of it is also compatible with ClojureScript. Graph is a simple and declarative way to specify a structured computation, which is easy to analyze, change, compose, and monitor. Here's a simple example of an ordinary function definition, and its Graph equivalent. A Graph encodes the structure of a computation, but not how it happens, allowing for many execution strategies. For example, we can compile a Graph lazily so that step values are computed as needed. Or, we can parallel-compile the Graph so that independent step functions are run in separate threads.

    Poxa

    Poxa

Pusher server implementation compatible with Pusher client libraries

Pusher server implementation is compatible with Pusher client libraries. Open Pusher implementation compatible with Pusher libraries. It's designed to be used as a single registered app with id, secret, and key defined on start. Poxa is a standalone elixir server implementation of the Pusher protocol. Docker images are automatically built by Docker Hub. They are available at Docker Hub. One can generate it using: docker build -t local/poxa. Poxa uses gproc extensively to register websocket connections as channels. So, when a client subscribes for channel 'example-channel', the websocket connection (which is a elixir process) is "tagged" as {pusher, example-channel}. When a pusher event is triggered on the 'example-channel', every websocket matching the tag receives the event.

    RSocket

    RSocket

    Java implementation of RSocket

Application protocol providing Reactive Streams semantics. RSocket provides a protocol for Reactive Streams semantics between client-server, and server-server communication. RSocket is a binary protocol for use on byte stream transports such as TCP, WebSockets, and Aeron. RSocket is intended to be consumed via one of the various implementation libraries which implement the RSocket Protocol. By default to make RSocket easier to use it copies the incoming Payload. Copying the payload comes at cost to performance and latency. If you want to use zero copy you must disable this. To disable copying you must include a payloadDecoder argument in your RSocketFactory. This will let you manage the Payload without copying the data from the underlying transport. You must free the Payload when you are done with them or you will get a memory leak. Used correctly this will reduce latency and increase performance.

    React Wrap Balancer

    React Wrap Balancer

Simple React Component That Makes Titles More Readable

The React Wrap Balancer project is a React component that improves text readability by intelligently balancing line breaks in headings and other text elements. It addresses common layout issues where text wraps unevenly, such as leaving a single word on the last line, which can negatively impact visual design. The component dynamically adjusts how text is split across lines based on the available space, resulting in more aesthetically pleasing layouts. It uses modern browser APIs like ResizeObserver to respond to changes in viewport size and re-balance text accordingly. The library is lightweight and easy to integrate, requiring only a wrapper component around existing text elements. It also includes configuration options that allow developers to control the degree of balancing and fallback behavior. Overall, react-wrap-balancer enhances typography and layout quality in responsive web applications.

    ReflectionDocBlock

    ReflectionDocBlock

Component of phpDocumentor that provides a DocBlock parser

The ReflectionDocBlock component of phpDocumentor provides a DocBlock parser that is 100% compatible with the PHPDoc standard. With this component, a library can provide support for annotations via DocBlocks or otherwise retrieve information that is embedded in a DocBlock. In order to parse the DocBlock one needs a DocBlockFactory that can be instantiated using its createInstance factory method. Then we can use the create method of the factory to interpret the DocBlock. Please note that it is also possible to provide a class that has the getDocComment() method, such as an object of type ReflectionClass, the create method will read that if it exists. The create method will yield an object of type \phpDocumentor\Reflection\DocBlock whose methods can be queried. The composer requires phpdocumentor/reflection-docblock.

    RoaringBitmap

    RoaringBitmap

A better compressed bitset in Java

Bitsets, also called bitmaps, are commonly used as fast data structures. Unfortunately, they can use too much memory. To compensate, we often use compressed bitmaps. Roaring bitmaps are compressed bitmaps which tend to outperform conventional compressed bitmaps such as WAH, EWAH or Concise. In some instances, roaring bitmaps can be hundreds of times faster and they often offer significantly better compression. They can even be faster than uncompressed bitmaps.

    SVoice (Speech Voice Separation)

    SVoice (Speech Voice Separation)

We provide a PyTorch implementation of the paper Voice Separation

SVoice is a PyTorch-based implementation of Facebook Research’s study on speaker voice separation as described in the paper “Voice Separation with an Unknown Number of Multiple Speakers.” This project presents a deep learning framework capable of separating mixed audio sequences where several people speak simultaneously, without prior knowledge of how many speakers are present. The model employs gated neural networks with recurrent processing blocks that disentangle voices over multiple computational steps, while maintaining speaker consistency across output channels. Separate models are trained for different speaker counts, and the largest-capacity model dynamically determines the actual number of speakers in a mixture. The repository includes all necessary scripts for training, dataset preparation, distributed training, evaluation, and audio separation.

    SWR

    SWR

React Hooks library for remote data fetching

The name “SWR” is derived from stale-while-revalidate, a HTTP cache invalidation strategy popularized by HTTP RFC 5861. SWR is a strategy to first return the data from cache (stale), then send the fetch request (revalidate), and finally come with the up-to-date data. With SWR, components will get a stream of data updates constantly and automatically. And the UI will be always fast and reactive. With just one single line of code, you can simplify the logic of data fetching in your project, and also have all many amazing features out-of-the-box. SWR has you covered in all aspects of speed, correctness, and stability to help you build better experiences. Fast page navigation, polling on interval, data dependency, revalidation on focus, revalidation on network recovery, local mutation (Optimistic UI), smart error retry, pagination and scroll position recovery, React Suspense, and more.
