GEDKeeper program is developed for work with personal genealogical database. The program is designed for extremely simple and intuitive interface. On December 24th, 1996, Nicola Salmoria began working on his single hardware emulators, which he merged into one program during January 1997. He named the accomplishment by the name of Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator, or MAME for short.

Crazy Eddie's GUI (CEGUI) system is a graphical user interface C++ library. ntopng® is a web-based network traffic monitoring application released under GPLv3. It is the new incarnation of the original ntop written in 1998, and is now revamped in terms of performance, usability, and features. ntopng is a network traffic probe that provides 360° Network visibility, with its ability to gather traffic information from traffic mirrors, NetFlow exporters, SNMP devices, Firewall logs, and Intrusion Detection systems. ntopng has been written in a portable way in order to virtually run on every Unix platform, including Linux and FreeBSD, MacOS and on Windows as well. ntopng captures traffic from SPAN/mirror ports or TAP devices using libpcap, or PF_RING (on Linux) for best performance. Or you can use it in combination with nProbe to collect NetFlow/sFlow from routers and switches, or nProbe Cento to analyze 100 Gbit links at full rate.

The PoDoFo library is a free, portable C++ library. It can parse and modify existing PDF files and create new ones from scratch. It also includes several tools to work with PDF files. It features an unique approach which provides access to PDF documents via an object tree. Therefore, PDFs can be created and or manipulated using a simple tree structure. Lua is a powerful, efficient, lightweight, embeddable scripting language. It supports procedural programming, object-oriented programming, functional programming, data-driven programming, and data description. Lua combines simple procedural syntax with powerful data description constructs based on associative arrays and extensible semantics. Lua is dynamically typed, runs by interpreting bytecode with a register-based virtual machine, and has automatic memory management with incremental garbage collection, making it ideal for configuration, scripting, and rapid prototyping. Lua is designed, implemented, and maintained by a team at PUC-Rio, the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. Lua was born and raised in Tecgraf, formerly the Computer Graphics Technology Group of PUC-Rio. Lua is now housed at LabLua, a laboratory of the Department of Computer Science of PUC-Rio.
