    PHP7 / Laravel Multi-format Streaming Parser

When it comes to parsing XML/CSV/JSON/... documents, there are 2 approaches to consider. DOM loading loads all the documents, making it easy to navigate and parse, and as such provides maximum flexibility for developers. Streaming implies iterating through the document, acts like a cursor, and stops at each element in its way, thus avoiding memory overkill. Thus, when it comes to big files, callbacks will be executed meanwhile file is downloading and will be much more efficient as far as memory is concerned.

Modern high-performance serialization utilities for Python

This package bundles some of the best Python serialization libraries into one standalone package, with a high-level API that makes it easy to write code that's correct across platforms and Pythons. This allows us to provide all the serialization utilities we need in a single binary wheel. Currently supports JSON, JSONL, MessagePack, Pickle, and YAML. Serialization is hard, especially across Python versions and multiple platforms. After dealing with many subtle bugs over the years (encodings, locales, large files) our libraries like spaCy and Prodigy have steadily grown a number of utility functions to wrap the multiple serialization formats we need to support (especially json, msgpack and pickle). These wrapping functions ended up duplicated across our codebases, so we wanted to put them in one place.

    JSON Schema Validator

    JSON Schema Validator

A fast Java JSON schema validator that supports draft V4, V6, V7, V201

This is a Java implementation of the JSON Schema Core Draft v4, v6, v7, v2019-09 and v2020-12(partial) specification for JSON schema validation. In addition, it also works for OpenAPI 3.0 request/response validation with some configuration flags. For users who want to collect information from a JSON node based on the schema, the walkers can help. The default JSON parser is the Jackson which is the most popular one. As it is a key component in our light-4j microservices framework to validate request/response against OpenAPI specification for light-rest-4j and RPC schema for light-hybrid-4j at runtime, performance is the most important aspect in the design.

    StringZilla

    StringZilla

10x faster string search, split, sort, and shuffle for long strings

StringZilla is the Godzilla of string libraries, splitting, sorting, and shuffling large textual datasets. StringZilla uses a heuristic so simple it's almost stupid... but it works. It matches the first few letters of words with hyper-scalar code to achieve memcpy speeds. The implementation fits into a single C 99 header file and uses different SIMD flavors and SWAR on older platforms. The Str is designed to replace long Python str strings and wrap our C-level API. On the other hand, the File memory-maps a file from persistent memory without loading its copy into RAM. The contents of that file would remain immutable, and the mapping can be shared by multiple Python processes simultaneously. A standard dataset pre-processing use case would be to map a sizeable textual dataset like Common Crawl into memory, spawn child processes, and split the job between them.

AirSpec is a simple unit testing framework for Scala and Scala.js. You can use public methods in your classes as test cases. There is no need to remember complex DSLs for writing tests in Scala. Retrying HTTP requests for API calls is an essential technique for connecting microservices. airframe-control will provide essential tools for making your requests reliable with exponential backoff retry, jitter, circuit-breaker, rate control, etc. airframe-fluentd supports logging your metrics to fluentd in a type-safe manner. You just need to send your case classes as metrics for fluentd.

    Rapid YAML

    Rapid YAML

Library to parse and emit YAML, and do it fast

Or ryml, for short. ryml is a C++ library to parse and emit YAML, and do it fast, on everything from x64 to bare-metal chips without operating system. (If you are looking to use your programs with a YAML tree as a configuration tree with override facilities, take a look at c4conf). ryml parses both read-only and in-situ source buffers; the resulting data nodes hold only views to sub-ranges of the source buffer. No string copies or duplications are done, and no virtual functions are used. The data tree is a flat index-based structure stored in a single array. Serialization happens only at your direct request, after parsing / before emitting. Internally, the data tree representation stores only string views and has no knowledge of types, but of course, every node can have a YAML type tag. ryml makes it easy and fast to read and modify the data tree.

    BSON parser

    BSON parser

BSON Parser for node and browser

BSON parser is the core JavaScript implementation of BSON (Binary JSON), the data format used by MongoDB to represent documents on the wire and in storage. It provides encoding and decoding capabilities so JavaScript environments like Node.js and browsers can serialize rich data structures (including types not native to JSON) into the compact, efficient BSON binary representation used by MongoDB drivers and servers. Value types such as ObjectId, Binary, UTC datetime, Decimal128, and Long are provided as first-class objects, enabling precise representation of data that would otherwise be lossy or awkward in plain JSON. js-bson is designed for performance, with optimized algorithms for reading and writing binary data, minimizing overhead in database operations. Because it’s a foundational building block for MongoDB drivers in JavaScript, the library ensures consistency and compatibility between client applications and the MongoDB server.

    DefiantJS

    DefiantJS

Provides the ability for you to build smart templates applications

Do you need to query large JSON structures? Do you end up coding loops to parse the JSON and identify the data that matches your query? Defiant offers a better way. Defiant extends the global JSON object with a "search" method that enables lightning-fast searches using XPath expressions. Try out the XPath Evaluator to get the idea. DefiantJS provides the ability for you to build smart templates applicable on JSON structures, based upon proven & standardized technologies such as XSLT and XPath. As of v2.0.0, Defiant can be utilized in the Node.js environment. Since there is no default support for XML technologies in Node, the library puppeteer is initiated to mimic the browser environment, with Defiant running. All methods called from Node is piped via Puppeteer. Even though, Defiant now can be used in the Node environment - utilizing Defiant in the browser is recommended. It all boils down to whether you want your servers to run thousands of searches for your clients.

    JSONView

    JSONView

A web extension that helps you view JSON documents in the browser

A web extension that helps you view JSON documents in the browser. Normally when encountering a JSON document (content type application/json), Firefox simply prompts you to download the view. With the JSONView extension, JSON documents are shown in the browser similar to how XML documents are shown. The document is formatted, highlighted, and arrays and objects can be collapsed. Even if the JSON document contains errors, JSONView will still show the raw text. JSONView is a Web extension compatible with Firefox and Google Chrome that helps you view JSON documents in the browser. Once you've got JSONView installed, check out the example JSON file to see the extension in action! If you'd like to contribute to JSONView but don't want to code, consider contributing a translation. Copy the existing localization files from src/_locale and fill them in for your own language, then send a pull request. You can do it all from the GitHub interface. There's not many strings to translate!

It can also preserve existing comment in unserialization/serialization steps, making it a convenient format to store user input files. The branch 00.11.zis a new branch, its major version number 00 is to show that it is different from 0.y.z and 1.y.z, the main purpose of this branch is to make a balance between the other two branches. Thus, users can use some new features in this new branch that introduced in 1.y.z, but can hardly applied into 0.y.z. You can download and install JsonCpp using the vcpkg dependency manager. Manfred Awesomic CV

    Manfred Awesomic CV

The MAC (or Manfred Awesomic CV) is a(nother) naive attempt to create a standard open-source format to define and share CVs. The format is defined as a JSON Schema to validate CVs stored as JSON files. There are A LOT of CV formats, and some of them are a nice try to define a universal CV format, but we think that a CV should include not only what candidates are or know but also what they are interested in and what they want to become. Like most open-source projects, the first use case was found in the company where the first contributors worked. Manfred is committed to the idea that every person should keep control over their personal and professional data. This means that they should be able to export their data from any platform in a machine-readable format with a Model Definition to process that data efficiently. This is how the MAC was born.
