Τα εξαγόμενα δικαιολογητικά σώζονται από το πρόγραμμα σε αρχεία κειμένου, τα οποία ανοίγουν από οποιοδήποτε επεξεργαστή κειμένου (για εκτύπωση ή περεταίρω επεξεργασία). Ένας έμπειρος χρήστης, χρειάζεται για να καταχωρήσει όλα τα στοιχεία στο πρόγραμμα τουλάχιστον 2 και το πολύ 10 λεπτά.
