There are two versions: the command line version, cl_xrt4x2V01.jar; and the Graphical User Interface version, xrt4x2V01.jar. Any well-formed, XML file that *DOES NOT have XML Namespaces will be transformed to an XLIFF 2.0 file. The file may be translated.
