Open Source Python Invoice Software

BUS Core is free, open-source manufacturing operations software for small shops that need stronger records without enterprise ERP overhead. It connects inventory, materials, recipes, production runs, jobs, invoices, vendors, and actual cost in one local operating record. Self-managed BUS Core runs locally on Windows or through Docker, uses portable SQLite data, requires no hosted account or subscription, and remains usable without a required cloud connection. It supports FIFO batch costing, production history, local invoicing, user and role management, audit controls, and encrypted backup exports. BUS Core is deliberately narrower than a full ERP or accounting suite. It does not provide payroll, full accounting, POS checkout, cloud synchronization, customer portals, payment links, or recurring billing.

It is an excellent starting point for any developer(s) wishing to support the CMS or any of the other components, including the appliance itself. A simple easy to use tool where you can create invoices and store locally. The software is 100% offline, that is, it does not need the internet to work (although you do need the internet during setup).

this inventory is developed using python3.2 tkinter, and sqlite3. you can make invoices for a shop using this software. you need python3.2 to run this. no more modules are required since tkinter and sqlite3 were in python3.2 windows package.
