MinGW: A native Windows port of the GNU Compiler Collection (GCC), with freely distributable import libraries and header files for building native Windows applications; includes extensions to the MSVC runtime to support C99 functionality. All of MinGW's software will execute on the 64bit Windows platforms.

Freemat is an interpreted, matrix-oriented development environment for engineering and scientific applications, similar to the commercial package MATLAB. Freemat provides visualization, image manipulation, and plotting as well as parallel programming.

Loglan'82 is a programming language conceived for object and distributed programming. UPS is a source level C, C++ and Fortran debugger with an X windows interface. It's a very light debugger, but is quite efficient and works well. An ANSI compliant C interpreter is included.
