NaviServer is an extensible web server suited to create scalable websites and services. Originally based on AOLserver (http://www.aolserver.com), the ongoing development is done independently under Mozilla Public License by a core group of people that use it for their businesses and by other supporters. AOLserver is a multithreaded, Tcl-enabled, massively-scalable and extensible web server tuned for large scale, dynamic web sites. AOLserver also includes complete database integration and a dynamic page scripting language.

Joggame is a spin-off of the AOLserver open source initiative intended for use with devices.

NeoWebScript is an Apache module that allows webpage developers to embed Tcl code into their HTML, creating webpages with active content. Great for web hosters, it is much faster and more secure than CGI.

Jinx and jinx webb administrator is a simplistic tcl/tk based menu system modified from a webserver. The menu resource file are listed on a group basis and can be reloaded on the run.
