...NOT when you run Mail Server with own domain (because the server should keep running all the time then). Still, you can use Mail Server just as IMAP server and SMTP relay. A simple archive system for emails
The idea is to build an email archive system for lazy people ... like me ;-). At first you can move messages by date in a dedicated mailbox on-line. Or archive messages in compressed format to be stored somewhere. The compressed archive is indexed to be searchable and recoverable if needed. This project is in early stages of development (near 1.0 in the road map). -

The idea is to create an IMAP only email client, using the QT widget set for maximum portability and the libimap client library for the IMAP routines.
