MComix is a user-friendly, customizable image viewer. It is specifically designed to handle comic books (both Western comics and manga) and supports a variety of container formats (including CBR, CBZ, CB7, CBT, LHA and PDF). MComix is a fork of Comix.

ComicMaster is a cbr/cbz reader for comic archives. ComicMaster is able to open cbr and cbz archives and display image contents. Furthermore it has some abilities to modify existing archives. From version 0062 on the export in pdf format has been added.
This project is not maintained anymore. A new maintainer has been updating it in https://github.com/qazmlpok/quivi, but I'm not involved with it.

The comicbook wizard allows you to compress a folder of images into different archives such as cbz and zip. It now also has an archive manager that allows you to select a folder of archives such as cbr, rar and zip archives and it will automatically convert them into cbz archives and save them where you want.
