PolyBench features include: - A single file, tunable at compile-time, used for the kernel instrumentation. It performs extra operations such as cache flushing before the kernel execution, and can set real-time scheduling to prevent OS interference. - Non-null data initialization, and live-out data dump. - Syntactic constructs to prevent any dead code elimination on the kernel. - Parametric loop bounds in the kernels, for general-purpose implementation. - Clear kernel marking, using pragma-based delimiters.

Haytham is an open source video based eye tracker suited for head-mounted or remote setups. It provides real-time gaze estimation in the user’s field of view or the computer display by analyzing eye movement. Haytham offers gaze-based interaction with computer screens in fully mobile situations. The software is built by C#, using Emgu and AForge image processing libraries. LICENSE The Haytham is released under a dual license: FREE VERSION: The source code is released under GPL version 3.0. In short, it means that any distributed project that includes or links any portion of Haytham source code has to be released with the source code under a license compatible with GPLv3. The Scientific Image Analysis (SIA) software is an image processing application written in MATLAB for scientific analysis of images and video. SIA is designed to be intuitive and easy to use, and is free to download. While SIA is designed to meet the image processing needs of biologists, its functionalities can be used for a wide variety of applications. With SIA, users can calibrate and make single and continuous measurements of length, angle, area and the average color values within a region. Future releases will allow users to count and track objects in videos, and calculate objects' kinematic properties (e.g. position, velocity, and acceleration). SIA Reference: I. Bentley, J. The Kalman filter is an algorithm which operates recursively on streams of noisy input data to produce a statistically optimal estimate of the underlying system state (Original Paper). The filter is named for Rudolf (Rudy) E. Kálmán, one of the primary developers of its theory. More information is available at Wikipedia, the Kalmn Filter was derived to solve the Wiener filter problem. The Wiener filter problem is to reduce the amount of noise present in a signal by comparison with an estimation of the desired noiseless signal. The discrete-time equivalent of Wiener's work was derived independently by Kolmogorov and published in 1941. Hence the theory is often called the Wiener-Kolmogorov filtering theory. In these examples the signal processes is the movement of the mouse and random data. While a simple application the algorithm can have numerous applications including image smoothing, edge tracking and optical flow to name a few.

Fulguro is an optimized 2D library for image processing with Mathematical Morphology and Linear processing

Desktop clock for X Windows/Linux, provides desktop clock and a alert/notification system. Built using Kulina Graphics Library (kglib) and the companion development tool 'kgdevelop', 'kgclock' has very few other dependencies. However Kulina Graphics depends on Graphic Magick for its image processing components. Hence Kulina Graphics depends on Graphic Magick and its dependencies. Kulina Graphics Libray and kgdevelop are available for free download. The binary file for 'kgclock' is statically linked with kulina graphic library and its dependencies and hence should work for any 64bit Linux distribution. A tarball for binary and another source tarball are provided. Also provided is a .deb package which can be installed using 'dpkg -i <package>'. The binary tarball should work for any 64 bit Linux distribution. If one prefers to build from source one need to install Kulina Graphics also. One specialty of 'kgclock' its low cpu usage, after one minute it is negligible.
