It focuses only on unsupported 82357 GPIB adapter but can be extended to other USB boards if there is a need for that in the future. MinimalModbus is an easy-to-use Python module for talking to instruments (slaves) from a computer (master) using the Modbus protocol, and is intended to be running on the master.
