FontMonkey is a specialized package manager just for those fonts. Pick a font, install it and when you are done, remove it again, all via the Haiku package management setup. Obviously it has a preview facility. The initial release supports thirty fonts from my repo. As I make new font packages (and there are a lot of those lined up!)...
