Steam Tinker Launch is a versatile Linux wrapper tool for use with the Steam client which allows for easy graphical configuration of game tools, such as GameScope, MangoHud, modding tools, and a bunch more. It supports both games using Proton and native Linux games and works on both X11 and Wayland. An incredible wrapper with a menu that lets you easily toggle and modify various settings for games on Linux. Anything from proton versions to startup and exit scripts, proton/dxvk/etc. settings, FSR, reshade, and even options for various tools like game mode, replay-sorcery, game scope, etc. Tons more too. I just set my default proton version to "steam tinker launcher" and then every game launches with a 2-second menu that allows you to easily change any of the settings. If you don't press any buttons it just goes with the defaults and launches the game. -

A color and B&W emoji SVGinOT font built from EmojiOne artwork with support for ZWJ, skin tone diversity and country flags. The font works in all operating systems, but will currently only show color emoji in Firefox, Thunderbird, Photoshop CC 2017, and Windows Edge V38.14393+. This is not a limitation of the font, but of the operating systems and applications. Regular B&W outline emoji are included for backward/fallback compatibility. SVG in Open Type is a standard by Adobe and Mozilla for color OpenType and Open Font Format fonts. It allows font creators to embed complete SVG files within a font enabling full color and even animations. There are more details in the SVGinOT proposal and the OpenType SVG table specifications. The default serif, sans-serif and monospace font for most Linux distributions is DejaVu. DejaVu includes a wide range of symbols that override the EmojiOne Color characters. -

VGGSfM is an advanced structure-from-motion (SfM) framework jointly developed by Meta AI Research (GenAI) and the University of Oxford’s Visual Geometry Group (VGG). It reconstructs 3D geometry, dense depth, and camera poses directly from unordered or sequential images and videos. The system combines learned feature matching and geometric optimization to generate high-quality camera calibrations, sparse/dense point clouds, and depth maps in standard COLMAP format. Version 2.0 adds support for dynamic scene handling, dense point cloud export, video-based reconstruction (1000+ frames), and integration with Gaussian Splatting pipelines. With minimal configuration, users can process single scenes or full video sequences, apply motion masks to exclude moving objects, and train neural radiance or splatting models directly from reconstructed outputs. -
