PlaTec is a 2D terrain generator that uses a simplified model of plate tectonics to produce realistic heightmaps in real time. The basis of this project was used for my bachelor thesis. Momentarily it's in development stages and I haven't made any documentation, but feel free to check the demos showcasing the various algorithms used.

This engine is not an attemp to re-inventing the wheel. It is a more learning-oriented project than something intended to provide a wide set of features.
