Gnome Subtitles is a subtitle editor for the GNOME desktop. It supports the most common text-based subtitle formats, video previewing, timings synchronization and subtitle translation.
This GUI lets the user navigate a wide selection of LaTeX structure and formatting tags that are used to write a document in LaTeX. It also has a raw text input box with a LaTeX preview for testing out LaTeX markup. Also, each markup has associated help text and is automatically selected to be ready to paste into the user's texteditor. Also, this GUI lets the user choose which texteditor and supporting programs are used to create their LaTeX document instead of forcing them into a particular interface of a pre-defined IDE.

...Assumed path names are /usr/bin for lynx and ~/Public for webcamgrab's files. If you would change these paths just modify the Python code in webcamgrab.py with the texteditor of your choice.
