Pokete
A terminal based Pokemon like game
...By pressing 1 you can choose between the attacks your Pokete has (as long their AP is over 0). By pressing the according number, or navigating with the * cursor to the attack and pressing Enter you can use the attack selected. The wild Pokete will fight back, but you can kill it and gain XP to level up your Pokete. If you would like to catch a wild Pokete, you must first weaken it and then throw a Poketeball. With a bit of luck, you can catch it and have it fight for you. -

In this game you have to destroy as many enemy balls as possible by colliding with them, or using special powers. Each ball raises its own resistance and its own attack power when it speeds up. So the faster you go, the more you are protected against enemy attacks, and greater becomes your attack power against enemy balls! This is valid for your enemies too! Simple meta-server for locating other multiplayer servers
...OverServer tries not to violate this strength by keeping the query and response length very low to cut down on overhead from running the metaserver. I designed OverServer with a few lessons in mind from Valve and Won's metaserver setup for Half-life. It is at least somewhat resistant to attack through a challenge-response system for incoming requests. I also wanted the tool to be very simple to "snap in" to an existing application. -
