AWS IoT Device Shadow library
Client library for using AWS IoT Shadow service on embedded devices
The AWS IoT Device Shadow library enables you to store and retrieve the current state (the “shadow”) of every registered device. The device’s shadow is a persistent, virtual representation of your device that you can interact with from AWS IoT Core even if the device is offline. The device state is captured as its “shadow” within a JSON document. The device can send commands over MQTT to get, update and delete its latest state as well as receive notifications over MQTT about changes in its state. Each device’s shadow is uniquely identified by the name of the corresponding “thing”, a representation of a specific device or logical entity on the AWS Cloud. Next.js-like framework for server-rendered React apps
Next.js is awesome. However, its routing system isn't for me. IMHO React Router is a better foundation upon which such a framework should be built, and that's the goal here. Routes are just components and don't / should not have anything to do with folder structure. Static route configs are fine. Next.js's getInitialProps was/is a brilliant idea. Route-based code-splitting should come for free or be easy to opt into. Route-based transitions/analytics/data loading/preloading etc., should either come for free or be trivial to implement on your own. After.js enables Next. js-like data fetching with any React SSR app that uses React Router. You can quickly bootstrap an SSR React app with After.js using Razzle. While Razzle is not required, this documentation assumes you have the tooling setup for an isomorphic React application. Refer to Razzle's docs for tooling, babel, and webpack customization. -

In fact, I tried fresh and it seems not much flexible, so I intended to rewrite it in a better way. Air is yet another live-reloading command line utility for Go applications in development. Just air in your project root directory, leave it alone, and focus on your code. For less typing, you could add alias air='~/.air' to your .bashrc or .zshrc. You can pass arguments for running the built binary by adding them after the air command. -

A little package that brings sound to any Go application. Suitable for playback and audio processing. Beep is built on top of its Streamer interface, which is like io.Reader, but for audio. It was one of the best design decisions I've ever made and it enabled all the rest of the features to naturally come together with not much code. Decode and play WAV, MP3, OGG, and FLAC. Encode and save WAV. Very simple API. Limiting the support to stereo (two channel) audio made it possible to simplify the architecture and the API. Rich library of compositors and effects. Loop, pause/resume, change volume, mix, sequence, change playback speed, and more. Easily create new effects. With the Streamer interface, creating new effects is very easy. Generate completely own artificial sounds. Again, the Streamer interface enables easy sound generation. Very small codebase. The core is just ~1K LOC. -
