Apophysis AV is an improved and modern version of the famous fractal flame editor Apophysis. This application combines the best options of previous branches (e.g. 3D- or 64-bit support and favourite variations), some of which were lost in the development process, and has multiple bugfixes. Besides, Apophysis AV has a lot of new features.

FractalNow provides users with tools to generate pictures of various types of fractals quickly and easily. It is made of both a command line tool, FractalNow, and a graphical tool, QFractalNow. The graphical tool, based on Qt library, allows users to explore fractals intuitively and generate pictures. Both tools are entirely multi-threaded and implement advanced algorithms and heuristics that make computation very fast compared to most existing free fractal generators.

March 2013 this project was announced first to public, but the feedback was ZERO. So I guess it is insanely bad and unusable. Ok. But sorry, I decided to continue it for myself to improve my inability and unexperience in software development FOR MYSELF. Even if it seemed to be the worst thing ever, I *NEED* to develop software for my own well being and even if I apparently - after over 20 years since the first lines of code I wrote - I improved my ability not a single bit than it is like that and I can't change it. BTW: there was feedback indeed: from the own 'family': "it is done by YOU so it cannot be of use for anybody!" ...

RandTree is a MatLab based tree simulator program where the algorithm is based on Honda's model. We have used probabilistic generation of branches in order to simulate visually realistic tree structures. This program is designed to generate branching structures with bifurcation branching pattern (sympodial branching). By changing the probabilities and branching angles, you can generate different shapes of trees.

...Then I'll probably end up rewriting all of the code and writing some documentation at the point where I have a good basic feature set. I will release new alphas every few weeks, containing source code and OS-specific binaries, unless I put development on hold for a while (see below). Project is currently ACTIVE. However, the next release is a complete remake of the existing code, so won't be around for a while. Please make sure you view the latest screenshots (slide to the right on the screenshot bar)!
