This is a modern set of libraries intended for use in software related to the Tandy Radio Shack Color Computer (the CoCo). This application will convert any russian named files into english. For example: Программа into Programma. Even if you have mix of russian and english files it will convert only russian files. If you have a file name mixed of Russian and English it will convert it no problem.
