The TESTIMAGES archive is a huge and free collection of sample images designed for analysis and quality assessment of different kinds of displays and image processing techniques. The archive includes more than 2 million images originally acquired and divided in three different categories: SAMPLING and SAMPLING_PATTERNS (aimed at testing resampling algorithms), COLOR (aimed at testing color rendering on different displays) and PATTERNS (aimed at testing the rendering of standard geometrical patterns). This project contains small exercises to get you used to reading and writing Rust code. This includes reading and responding to compiler messages! Alternatively, for a first-time Rust learner, there are several other resources, like The Book, which is the most comprehensive resource for learning Rust, but a bit theoretical sometimes. You will be using this along with Rustlings! And also, Rust By Example, to learn Rust by solving little exercises! It's almost like rustlings, but online. You will need to have Rust installed. The exercises are sorted by topic and can be found in the subdirectory rustlings/exercises/<topic>. For every topic there is an additional README file with some resources to get you started on the topic. We really recommend that you have a look at them before you start. The task is simple. Most exercises contain an error that keeps them from compiling, and it's up to you to fix it! Some exercises are also run as tests, but rustlings handles them all the same. -

eTests is a PHP/MySQL web-based platform allowing to set formative evaluations using multiple choice questions. It has been developed during a Phd in education at the University of Namur, Belgium. To the students it offers feedback and detailed results to compare with pairs. To teachers it offers a way to analyze questions, validate them, follow the classroom trends of answers, edit questions, surveys, contextualize results regarding to studies sections, period of the year, etc. This software is actually in pre-alpha because some not essentials features are still missing. eTests uses several opensources libraries. See the 'Credits' section in the README file. There is no documentation for the moment. EarQuiz Frequencies is a software for ear training on equalization. Its goal is to help musicians, audio professionals, hobbyists and students learn how to hear frequency bands. Available for Windows 10, 11 (x64), macOS 11 or higher (both for Intel and Apple Silicon) and Linux. This application is based on (and deeply inspired by) the world-renowned Golden Ears method of David Moulton, whose course is half dedicated to building this essential critical listening skill. The overall training process involves ongoing learning and testing yourself. In the Learn mode, you listen to the pink noise or music (or other external audio) excerpts with switched off and on 1-octave or 1/3-octave graphic EQ, boosting or cutting frequency bands within certain spectral ranges. Then in the Test mode you are given a sequence of 10 similar examples, where you try to guess, which frequencies are boosted or cut, and you get scored. The program is Free Software, distributed under GNU GPL v3 License. -
