The Vocabulary Learning Assistant helps the user to learn vocabulary, such as language translations or technical definitions. It uses a user-created text file (or multiple files) that contain the content to be learned, and then opens a pop up window at a user-defined interval (scheduled by Cron on Linux) to test the user. This window contains the word to be defined or translated on the left, and a text field for the user to enter their answer on the right.
