    Ultrashort Pulse Propagator

    Ultrashort Pulse Propagator

A powerful simulation for designing femtosecond lasers and amplifiers.

This is a simulation package developed for numerical simulation of ultrashort pulse propagation in optical media and pulse generation from mode-locked lasers. Although the code is primarily intended for investigations of fiber links, fiber amplifiers and fiber lasers, it can be applied to any other setting for which the governing equiations are valid. The physics included in the code is based on a generalized nonlinear Schrödinger equation, including higher order dispersion, stimulated Raman...

    rocsy

Routines for the ocean carbonate system

The rocsy package is designed to accurately and efficiently compute all marine carbonate system variables from dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), total alkalinity (Alk), temperature, and salinity as well as phosphate and silica concentrations. The pH scale and thermodynamic equilibrium constants used in rocsy are those recommended by Best-Practices Guide (Dickson et al., 2007). Also included are options to use more recent formulations for K1 and K2 from Millero (2010) and for total boron from Lee et al. (2010). The rocsy package is designed for users with some programming experience, preferably in Fortran or python. ...

I made this very simple soundboard to help me do my radio work a bit more smoother. Most of the open source soundboards I found were buggy and annoyed the crap out of me, so I decided to make my own.
