    FactHash

    Factorial Hashing Function

My first attempt at a one-way hashing class/algoritm, built as a python class. It produces variable length hash from a message block of the size you want. The resulting hash will be ~2x the message block in size, and should provide for at least as many bits of security as the block itself. I updated this, with a different hash than original, since I found a potential collision on some blocks, not but specific to that challenge. To further correct this, I modified the padding when it's less than the block size. I hold no guarantee of the security of this algorithm, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I have had no 3rd party analysis done on the algorithm to date, but research is welcome, and a challenge is even provided in CHALLENGE.txt.

    Fileprivacy

    Fileprivacy

    Fileprivacy easily encrypts your files

Fileprivacy is a small tool which easily encrypts and decrypts files with common algorithms like AES, Blowfish, Triple DES and RSA. You can either use passwords or keyfiles. Since Fileprivacy is coded in Java it should run on all popular operating systems. #######BETA 2####### Bugfix - Beta 1 stopped working if filename was too short or long - added .exe file ####### NOTE ####### This is an early beta implying there are some issues left. The Keygenerator stops working if you change the algorithm after setting the keylength. It has to be restarted for further use. Because there are no start scripts, yet, you have to start Fileprivacy from console by typing: java -jar Fileprivacy-1.0_<version>.jar ####### ALSO NOTE ####### The author of this software is not responsible for the safety of your data. There is no guarantee that one or more of the implemented algorithms cannot be compromised.

    FinalCrypt

    FinalCrypt

FinalCrypt - Unbreakable One-Time Pad Encryption

Why FinalCrypt? 1. Most people choose Disk-Encryption as it's easier to unlock a whole drive, but Big-Brother or Malware can then also read all your files. Only use File-Encryption! 2. Most software uses recently broken AES encryption. 3. Soon The Shor's algorithm will instantly break all assymmetric encryption with Quantum Computers. 4. FinalCrypt uses Symmetric One Time Pad Encryption, which is the most unbreakable encryption there is. 5. FinalCrypt is the only "One Time Pad", OpenSource, Cross-Platform, (Bulk) File Encryption Software available.

    Format-Preserving Encryption

    Format-Preserving Encryption Library for Java

This package implements the FF1, FF3, and FFX algorithms and the A2 and A10 parameter sets for format-preserving encryption. The FF1 and FF3 methods for format-preserving encryption are implementations of NIST Special Publication 800-38G, Recommendation for Block Cipher Modes of Operation: Methods for Format-Preserving Encryption. The FFX algorithm and A2 and A10 parameter sets are implementations of "The FFX Mode of Operation for Format-Preserving Encryption," by Mihir Bellare, Phillip Rogaway, and Terence Spies. For more information see the README.txt and package-info.java files in the source.

    Hash Latch
The hash latch generates keys in a manner similar to how some cryptocurrencies are mined. It takes a string and brute-forces a prefix for it so that the hash of the string with the prefix has a certain number of leading zeroes. But that alone would've been too easy to hack. To prevent an attacker from forging the keys by generating a new prefix: the hash latch doesn't output the keys in the plaintext. Instead, it encrypts the key and outputs the ciphertext. That means that instead of giving you the actual key, it gives you a safe containing the key. This approach allows the hash latch to protect itself from forged keys and also enables you to put the same key into multiple safes without the recipients of these safes knowing they have the same key (even if they compare their ciphertexts). Moreover, the hash latch verifies the integrity of a key after decrypting it (just in case). You can read the tutorial about it on Instructables: https://www.instructables.com/Hash-Latch/

    ImpraStorage

    ImpraStorage

ImpraStorage provided a private imap access to store large files

ImpraStorage provided a private imap access to store large files. Each file stored on the server is split in severals random parts. Each part also contains random noise data (lenght depends on a crypt key) to ensure privacy and exclude easy merge without the corresponding key. An index of files stored is encrypt (with the symmetric-key algorithm Kirmah) and regularly updated. Once decrypt, it permit to perform search on the server and download each part. transfert process is transparent. Just vizualize locally the index of stored files and simply select files to download or upload. ImpraStorage automatically launch the parts to download, then merge parts in the appropriate way to rebuild the original file. Inversely, a file to upload is split (in several parts with addition of noise data), and ImpraStorage randomly upload each parts then update the index.

    JCryptor

JCryptor is an encrypting tool based on the Caesar-cipher.

JCryptor uses the Caesar-cipher to encrypt keystrokes on-the-fly. It can also be used to decrypt an encrypted text easily. Caesar-cipher is a simple encryption algorithm, developed by Julius Caesar, to encrypt his correspondence with Cicero in the ancient world. Therefore it uses a simple character substitution method to replace a given character by another. A keyshift of thirteen is called ROT13. ROT13 can be decrypted by encrypting it again with ROT13. Even today this simple method is used by authorities to protect documents from unintentional reading. --UPDATE-- [25.01.14] Release 1.0 (final) -- Bugfixes [05.05.12] Release 0.2 -- implements polyalphabeticel substitution
