Locale Emulator is a tool similar to AppLocale and NTLEA, providing a simulation function that can make an application recognize your OS as in a language other than the real one. It is quite useful when you are trying to play country-specific games. Locale Emulator is compatible with the following systems, both 32 and 64-bit, Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. Locale Emulator supports 32-bit executables running on both 32-bit or 64-bit systems. For example, if you are using 64-bit WinRAR, you will not see the context menu on a RAR file unless you swapped 64-bit WinRAR with the 32-bit version. Clone the repo using Git, install Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 / 2017, open LocaleEmulator.sln, perform build action, clone and build the core libraries, and copy LoaderDll.dll and LocaleEmulator.dll from Locale-Emulator-Core to Locale-Emulator build folder.

IKVM.NET is a JVM for the Microsoft .NET Framework and Mono. It can both dynamically run Java classes and can be used to convert Java jars into .NET assemblies. It also includes a port of the OpenJDK class libraries to .NET.

Input Control is a project to allow users to create and play back logs of their play sessions on retro game consoles that use serial communication controllers. Only SNES is supported in the current version, but future updates can be expanded to most types of consoles. Firmware and some code originally based on jaburn's NintendoSpy project, but it has changed a lot for consistency and otherwise.

It is based upon the windows 7 command prompt, but is not noticeably different from the command prompt in most other windows versions. Many commands commonly used by scammers, such as tree, netstat and powercfg are emulated in this, but they provide results that the scammer would not be expecting, for example, the tree command draws an ASCII tree, while the powercfg command comes back with no errors, no warnings and no informational - every time, without fail. Commands not included all come back with the usual error as displayed for invalid commands in the real command prompt, however other commands can be added.

Sharpulator is a multithreaded, test-driven electronics emulator written in C# 4.0. It's initial focus will be on emulating gaming consoles, with the GameBoy as a starting point. It will be written using modern software development methodologies, with the TPL Dataflow library as a backbone. It will simulate hardware functionality at a low level without sacrificing performance. The end goal for this project is to allow the ability to simulate hardware by simply dropping common components onto a virtual integrated circuit.

"Slow CPU" Emulator is useful for slowing down games, testing how applications deal with lag, and/or reducing the overall CPU usage of a specified process. Simply tell the emulator the update interval and speed percentage, and witness your application slowing down to the specified speed live! The code is written in C# for Windows and is extremely robust, flexible and stable, and has been tested very thoroughly. I apologise in advance for the code not being very readable, sometimes spaghetti code is more optimised code. ;) If you encounter any issues, do not hesitate to tell me. :) License: MS-PL Do whatever you want with the code.
