...Pluto runs on any version of RISC OS later than v3.10, including RISC OS 5 computers such as the Raspberry Pi, BeagleBoard, IGEPv5, Iyonix, PandaBoard, Wandboard, PineA64 and Titanium as well as the older Risc PC and Archimedes series. From v3.16 onwards the RISC OS version of eSpeak is not included in the Pluto download, but separately in the Files espeak directory. The espeak project itself is on https://espeak.sourceforge.net/ but seems currently dormant.
