This is a lab based software for online compilation of programs. Currently only supports java compilation. This removes the requirement of installing compilers on every system in a lab based environment. Stores the files from the network on the server itself. Prevents loss of data, makes functioning within a lab more efficient, and reduces cost in terms of both time and cash.

My Basic Facts Quiz is software written by two school students for primary (elementary) school students to practise maths basic facts questions on. The software asks the user what numbers the questions should include and how many questions to attempt at a time; then randomly generates quizzes full of questions with those parameters. The software gives the student feedback once they have completed the quiz they are given, including the percentage correct. Students can also choose a type or types of questions to do - useful for them to work on their weak spots at home. A teacher interface is included that will display a link on the screen ready to be copied and pasted where it needs to go to get to the students - or just displayed on an interactive whiteboard. The project incorporates an animated cat from the project clippy-js. The cat gives the student positive feedback if they get 90% or more correct - including purring and parading proudly.

Classes can contain images, video, tests and reports. Students can interact with instructors and other students. The NTER project was designed as a low cost tool for providing workforce education and training, with the expectation that the open source community would assume its operation. NotesTyper system converts text typing into music. You will need computer keyboard, microphone (notebook mic is ok) and Chrome or Firefox browser. NotesTyper has multiple operating modes and settings, which allow to produce different music from same text. Computer keyboards do no allow to input keypress velocity, but NotesTyper overcomes this restriction by processing microphone input level when you type. When generating music all nuances of your typing are taken into account: what keys were pressed, exact timings of all key presses and key releases, velocity (loudness) of typing.
