The Modular System for Shelves and Coasts (MOSSCO) is a coupling framework for Earth System Models. It helps users to integrate their own numerical models with other developments.
Quick Start:
git clone git://git.code.sf.net/p/mossco/setups mossco-setups
git clone git://git.code.sf.net/p/mossco/code mossco-code
cd mossco-code
cat QuickStart.md

Numerical model simulating coastal morphodyamics and evolution
CEM2D is a reduced complexity coastal evolution model, capable of simulating fundamental cause-effect relationships in coastal systems and exploring the influence that sea level rise could have on sediment transport and the formation and evolution of morphological features and landforms over meso-scales.
The model has been built from a 1D parents model - CEM - that was originally developed by Ashton et al. (2001), Ashton and Murray (2006) and Valvo et al. (2006).
SWRC Fit is a scientific tool for hydrologist. It fits several soil hydraulic models to measured soil water retention data by nonlinear fitting. It is written in numerical calculation language GNU Octave. Web interface is also available.
WODA (Well Outline and Design Aid) is a groundwater simulator developed at the Group for Numerical Analysis, Jaroslav Cerni Institute, Belgrade, Serbia.
WODA does not have its own graphical user interface, but it can work with groundwater models constructed using the freely available Lizza interface, http://www.bioirc.ac.rs/index.php/groundwater-flow-software.
A software for processing and analyzing time series in Earth Science
Along with calculating basic statistics and quality parameters such as mean and variance, the soft-ware is capable of importing and visualizing different standard time series formats, determining and removing jumps and outliers, and makes numerical and publication quality graphical outputs. Bivariate statistical analysis (including correlation coefficient and linear regression) and time series analysis (including auto and cross-spectral analysis, wavelet power spectrum, spectrogram and periodicities) form the main analysis features of the software.
