The script requires as the input the areas of the grain profiles measured grain-by-grain on planar sections and does not require previous experience with Python programming language (see documentation below and FAQ). Raman Data Search and Storage (RDSS) software was developed as an analytical tool for a fast and accurate identification of unknown minerals by comparison of their spectra with the indexed library of data. A search function was implemented to enable users to find a specific peak value. Using the asterisk character (*) as a placeholder for one or more unknown peak value(s), the software will return the best match(es). Besides the search utility by the Raman band positions, which was proven to be priceless in the interpretation of Raman spectra, the RDSS software gives the user the ability to display and inspect the Raman spectra quickly and very efficiently. Users can zoom into the Raman spectrum, shift in any direction the wavenumber and the intensity axes, and if any part of the spectral display is clicked, that region will be highlighted and the specific wavenumber returned. A photo for every sample entry stored in the database is also available.

panFMP is a generic framework suitable for harvested XML metadata that is searchable through Apache Lucene without any additional RDBMS. This application provides a web based visual browser for NetCDF files. The application provides a simple and friendly user interface for getting a quick overview of the data contained in the files.

It is intended for use with traditional geodetic surveying which are still used and needed in special measurements (e.g., underground or high precision engineering measurements) . Qgama is a Qt based user interface for GNU Gama adjustment of geodetic networks in which XML input is complemented with a database. PyRadmon Reborn. This project started after the original programmers quit supporting it. The project now contains support for audio*, has a version that supports two Geiger counters** and a cleaner, more stable code. * = PyAudio is used as library for the audio support. ** = The two counters both run in their own thread. The Wildfire Management Tool (WMT) predicts the potential fire behavior of a wildland fire. WMT incorporates a 3D terrain viewer, the tenets of the Campbell Prediction System (CPS) and the Rothermel fire spread equations to depict fire behavior. GRad is a standalone solar radiation model, programmed in Java. It is capable of the calculation of potential (clear sky) and actual (real sky) irradiance and total irradiation for single and multiple geographical locations. The EPC software calculates the expected velocities for any points located on the earth’s surface given the relevant Euler pole parameters and estimates the Euler pole parameters given the observed velocities of a set of sites located on the same tectonic plate.In version 2, the software is able to estimate or apply the origin rate bias (ORB) in the direct and inverse Euler pole problems. MF-OWHM represents a complete IHM that fully links the movement and use of groundwater, surface water, and imported water for consumption by agriculture and natural vegetation on the landscape, and for potable and other uses.
