    proex gpr control

Mala ProEx and Easy Locator GPR control software

Reverse engineered communication protocol for the Mala ProEx and Easy Locator GPR implemented as a CLI & GUI running on unix systems. The communication protocol was ported to a graphical user interface applicable to embedded systems through the use of the Qt toolkit (tested on Armadeus Systems APF27 board). The GUI includes GPS datalogging capability assuming a receiver providing NMEA sentences at 4800 bauds is connected to the host computer. Because the software requires access to the raw socket communication, it must be run with administration (root) privileges. ...

    KLT-IV
KLT-IV v1.0 has been designed to offer a user-friendly graphical user interface for the determination of river flow velocity and river discharge using videos acquired using a variety of fixed and moving platforms. KLT-IV employs optical flow and computer vision techniques for the tracking of features present on the river surface with pixel displacements being converted to real-world velocities using an optimised camera model approach.

    Visual Two Zone Model

    Build up groundwater numerical modeling

The Visual Two-Zone Model (Visual TWZN) is freeware software to build up groundwater numerical modeling, in both radial and vertical flow components trough an abstraction well in layered aquifers. The conceptual model and computer native code was developed by Rushton and Redshaw (1979), Rathod and Rusthon (1984 and 1992), and the graphical user interface was developed by our Group Member, the hydrogeologist Noél Hernández Laloth. The model, based on finite-difference approximations using the “two-zone” conceptual approach, can provide a greater flexibility than analytical methods, because the aquifer system is approximated as two horizontal permeable zones with less permeable intermediate layers. ...
