    Optic

    Optic

Generate, Diff, and Test OpenAPI Descriptions

Vizualize API changes to improve the quality of reviews. Test API changes to ensure nothing bad slips through. OpenAPI diffs are difficult to read. Because these files contain references, small changes can have a large effect on your API. Linters can not check for backward compatibility or enforce versioning and deprecation policies. Optic adds a visual changelog to every Pull Request that makes it easy to see exactly what API changes have been proposed. Optic tests each set of API changes in CI, making it more powerful than a linter. Our built-in checks will help any team ship a more reliable API. OpenAPI diffs are very difficult to review, comprehend and give feedback on. Optic’s changelogs are easy to understand allowing anyone (even non-developers) to participate in review. Optic goes beyond linting OpenAPI, it lets you write test about each set of API changes. We also make it easy to share your API standards.

    RxSwift Chinese Documentation

    RxSwift Chinese Documentation

    RxSwift Chinese Documentation

This is an RxSwift Chinese document. Now that reactive programming is becoming more and more popular, we can't stop the craze. This document integrates RxSwift documentation, RxJS documentation, ReactiveX documentation and some of the author's personal opinions. The purpose is to allow everyone to quickly get started with reactive programming. Although this document is mainly about RxSwift , developers using other reactive frameworks can also benefit from it, such as: ReactiveCocoa , RxJava , RxJS , etc. Because these frameworks have some commonalities, such as: the responsive way of thinking, the function and usage of operators, etc. These content documents are described in it. Since this is the first time the author has published a document, please forgive me if there are any problems with the document. You can provide feedback to the author through the methods provided on the 10. About this document page. You are also very welcome to send merge requests.

    Swagger2Markup

    Swagger2Markup

Swagger to AsciiDoc or Markdown converter

The primary goal of this project is to simplify the generation of up-to-date RESTful API documentation by combining documentation that’s been hand-written with auto-generated API documentation produced by Swagger. The result is intended to be an up-to-date, easy-to-read, on- and offline user guide, comparable to GitHub’s API documentation. The output of Swagger2Markup can be used as an alternative to swagger-UI and can be served as static content. Swagger2Markup converts a Swagger JSON or YAML file into several AsciiDoc or GitHub Flavored Markdown documents which can be combined with hand-written documentation. The Swagger source file can be located locally or remotely via HTTP. Swagger2Markup supports the Swagger 1.2 and 2.0 specifications. Internally it uses the official swagger-parser and my markup-document-builder. You can use Swagger2Markup to convert your contract-first Swagger YAML file into a human-readable format.

    Tesla JSON API

    Tesla JSON API

A Ruby gem and unofficial documentation of Tesla's JSON API

This is unofficial documentation of the Tesla JSON API used by their iOS and Android apps. It features functionality to monitor and control their vehicle (Models S, 3, X, Y) and power (Powerwall) products. We currently have documentation for their vehicles, but always accept pull requests for improvements and additions. The API for vehicles is organized into 3 primary surfaces. This gem provides a basic wrapper around the API to easily query and command the car remotely. It also provides access to the streaming API and a means to process data coming from it. Gives point-in-time data about the state of the vehicle and basic controls over certain functions of the vehicle. The state and command APIs loosely adhere to the REST standard, but differ in some crucial ways. As a result, you may not be able to use it with many REST tools and libraries out of the box.

    TypeDoc

    TypeDoc

    Documentation generator for TypeScript projects

TypeDoc converts comments in TypeScript source code into rendered HTML documentation or a JSON model. It is extensible and supports a variety of configurations. Available as a CLI or Node module. TypeDoc requires Node.js to be installed on your system. Installing TypeDoc is available as a node package. Using npm ensures that all relevant dependencies are setup correctly. You can choose to either install locally to your project or globally to the CLI. TypeDoc aims to support the two latest TypeScript releases for the latest release. Depending on the scale of breaking changes introduced in a new TypeScript version, a given version may support more versions of TypeScript. The CLI can be used both from your terminal or from npm scripts. All arguments that are not passed with flags are parsed as entry points. Use either the --out or --json arguments to define the format and destination of your documentation.

    docz

    docz

It has never been so easy to document your things!

Docz makes it easy to write and publish beautiful interactive documentation for your code. Create MDX files showcasing your code and Docz turns them into a live-reloading, production-ready site. Documenting code is one of the most important and time-consuming tasks when developing software. A lot of time is spent on building and maintaining custom documentation sites. Docz enables you to quickly create a live-reloading, SEO-friendly, production-ready documentation site with MDX and customize the look, feel and behave when required by leveraging GatsbyJS and Gatsby theme shadowing. There's a create-docz-app, which you can use to start new projects with docz even faster. This app is developed independently of the docz project, and is not officially supported. So use the app at your own risk. You can use create-docz-app as a replacement for create-react-app when you're creating a new project.

    jsPolicy

    jsPolicy

Easier & faster Kubernetes policies using JavaScript or TypeScript

jsPolicy runs policies with Google's super fast V8 JavaScript engine in a pool of pre-heated sandbox environments. Most policies do not even take a single millisecond to execute. JavaScript is made for handling and manipulating JSON objects (short for: JavaScript Object Notation!) and Kubernetes uses JSON by converting your YAML to JSON during every API request. Run custom JavaScript controllers that react to any changes to the objects in your cluster (controller policies are reactive, so they are not webhooks and part of a Kubernetes API server request but instead react to Events in your cluster after they have happened). With controller policies you can write resource sync mechanisms, enforce objects in namespaces, garbage collectors or fully functional CRD controllers. Create a functional webhook with a single line of JavaScript or write your own fully blown custom StatefulSet controller in TypeScript with jsPolicy.

    rest-hapi

    rest-hapi

A RESTful API generator for Node.js

Customize endpoints with configuration-based features and hapi plugins. Relational structure built into NoSQL documents based on mongoose schemas. Less time with boilerplate functionality and more time building awesome APIs! rest-hapi uses mongoose schemas to generate CRUD and association REST API endpoints on a hapi server. Think LoopBack but for hapi. We love the hapi framework and its style of modularity and configuration over code. We also love writing DRY code and leveraging tools that help go from idea to MVP as quickly as possible. rest-hapi aims to achieve this as an easy-to-use hapi plugin. Generating endpoints allows for a rich set of configurable features. Swagger docs provide a UI for your endpoints so you can easily interact with your data. Query parameter support for searching, sorting, filtering, pagination, and embedding of associated models.

    tapir

    tapir

    Declarative, type-safe web endpoints library

Declarative, type-safe web endpoints library. With tapir, you can describe HTTP API endpoints as immutable Scala values. Each endpoint can contain a number of input and output parameters. Compile-time guarantees, develop-time completions, read-time information. Separate the shape of the endpoint (the "what"), from the server logic (the "how"). Generate documentation from endpoint descriptions. Leverage the metadata to report rich metrics and tracing information. Re-use common endpoint definitions, as well as individual inputs/outputs. Library, not a framework, integrates with your stack. Is your company already using tapir? We're continually expanding the "adopters" section in the documentation; the more the merrier! It would be great to feature your company's logo, but in order to do that, we'll need to write permission to avoid any legal misunderstandings.

    webpack.js.org

    webpack.js.org

Repository for webpack documentation and more!

At its core, webpack is a static module bundler for modern JavaScript applications. When webpack processes your application, it internally builds a dependency graph from one or more entry points and then combines every module your project needs into one or more bundles, which are static assets to serve your content from. Now that we've covered much of the backlog of missing documentation, we are starting to heavily review each section of the site's content to sort and structure it appropriately. Since version 4.0.0, webpack does not require a configuration file to bundle your project. Nevertheless, it is incredibly configurable to better fit your needs. This document is intended to give a high-level overview of these concepts, while providing links to detailed concept-specific use cases. An entry point indicates which module webpack should use to begin building out its internal dependency graph.

    widdershins

    widdershins

OpenAPI / Swagger, AsyncAPI & Semoasa definitions to (re)Slate

OpenAPI / Swagger, AsyncAPI & Semoasa definitions to (re)Slate compatible markdown. Widdershins is generally used as a stage in an API documentation pipeline. The pipeline begins with an API definition in OpenAPI 3.x, OpenAPI 2.0 (fka Swagger), API Blueprint, AsyncAPI or Semoasa format. Widdershins converts this description into markdown suitable for use by a renderer, such as Slate, ReSlate, Shins (deprecated) or html suitable for use with ReSpec. You can also use the environment file to group OAS/Swagger tagged paths together to create a more elegant table of contents, and overall page structure. If the language name differs between the markdown name required to syntax highlight and the httpsnippet required target, both can be specified in the form markdown--target. Widdershins supports the x-code-samples vendor-extension to completely customize your documentation.

    Freebasic Beginners Guide

An updated Beginners guide to FreeBASIC

The purpose of this project is to create and update a beginners guide to FreeBASIC. Over the years I have noticed that there was only three real ways to learn FreeBASIC. The FreeBASIC Documentation, the FreeBASIC Community Forum, and A old beginners guide written by Richard D. Clark and Ebben Feagan. Each of these sources are great, but they all assume some experience with a programming language. This Project is taking Richard D. Clark's and Ebben Feagan's "A Beginner's Guide to FreeBasic" and is editing, updating, reorganizing, and simplifying this guide. Mr. Clark and Mr. Feagan generously open sourced there guide so I could start this project. Without being able to stand on their shoulders I could not have even started this project. Please check out my homepage for updated information and ways you can help with this ongoing project. If you can please buy me a hamburger as it is hard writing a book.
