Natural Docs is an open-source documentation generator for multiple programming languages. You document your code in a natural syntax that reads like plain English. Natural Docs then scans your code and builds high-quality HTML documentation from it. SourceForge houses the source code and issue database for the old Perl version of Natural Docs, version 1.52. Decision Table Creator is a tool to create/edit/export decision tables. Tables can be checked on consistency and completeness. The resulting table can be copied to the clipboard to incorporate it in Word, Excel or PowerPoint. Plans exist to extend to multi value decisions. Please request for this or other extensions so I got an idea of the need for this.

AddHeaderToCS is a command line tool, that adds header to files (to .cs files by default) in current directory and all sub-directories. For an example, you can add copiright header to all your source .cs files.
