flatcc has no external dependencies except for build and compiler tools, and the C runtime library. With concurrent Ninja builds, a small client project can build flatcc with libraries, generate schema code, link the project and execute a test case in a few seconds, produce binaries between 15K and 60K, read small buffers in 30ns, build FlatBuffers in about 600ns, and with a larger executable also handle optional json parsing or printing in less than 2 us for a 10 field mixed type message. The JSON parser may change the interface for parsing union vectors in a future release which requires code generation to match library versions. This project builds flatcc, a compiler that generates FlatBuffers code for C given a FlatBuffer schema file. This introduction also creates a separate test project with the traditional monster example, here in a C version. The setup script builds flatcc using CMake, then creates a test project directory with the monster example.

Gumbo is an implementation of the HTML5 parsing algorithm implemented as a pure C99 library with no outside dependencies. It's designed to serve as a building block for other tools and libraries such as linters, validators, templating languages, and refactoring and analysis tools. Gumbo gains some of this by virtue of being written in C, but it is not an important consideration for the intended use-case, and was not a major design factor. Gumbo is intentionally designed to turn an HTML document into a parse tree, and free that parse tree all at once. To install the python bindings, make sure that the C library is installed first, and then sudo python setup.py install from the root of the distro. This installs a 'gumbo' module; pydoc gumbo should tell you about it. Tested on over 2.5 billion pages from Google's index. Passes all html5lib tests, including the template tag.

isolabel is a program that allows you to change volume label in ISO 9660 image file after it was already created. Moreover, you can specify ISO 9660 and Joliet volume label separately, taking advantage of fancy names in Joliet together with simpler, but longer name in ISO 9660; something that tools like mkisofs/genisoimage does not allow you to do in standard compliant way. This program is written to have minimal software dependency, and work on all platforms.

JsQuery is a language to query jsonb data type, introduced in PostgreSQL release 9.4. It's primary goal is to provide an additional functionality to jsonb (currently missing in PostgreSQL), such as a simple and effective way to search in nested objects and arrays, and more comparison operators with indexes support. We hope, that jsquery will be eventually a part of PostgreSQL. JsQuery is realized as an extension and is not available in the default PostgreSQL installation. It is available from GitHub under the same license as PostgreSQL and supports PostgreSQL 9.4+.

KCP is a fast and reliable protocol that can achieve the transmission effect of a reduction of the average latency by 30% to 40% and reduction of the maximum delay by a factor of three, at the cost of 10% to 20% more bandwidth wasted than TCP. It is implemented by using the pure algorithm, and is not responsible for the sending and receiving of the underlying protocol (such as UDP), requiring the users to define their own transmission mode for the underlying data packet, and provide it to KCP in the way of callback. Even the clock needs to be passed in from the outside, without any internal system calls. The entire protocol has only two source files of ikcp.h, ikcp.c, which can be easily integrated into the user's own protocol stack. You may have implement a P2P, or a UDP-based protocol, but are lack of a set of perfect ARQ reliable protocol implementation, then by simply copying the two files to the existing project, and writing a couple of lines of code, you can use it.
