CIT, also known as Command Interpreter Tool, is an easy-to-use and useful instrument that allows you to use Python commands and various cmd commands (or the commands in your os). It's possible to use CIT as a portable python interpreter, Just install it on your flashdrive and use the batch file (CIT.bat) to run CIT (shortcut probably won't work if you use CIT portable).

Computer Temperature Monitor is a little applet for the GNOME desktop that shows the temperature of your computer CPU and disks on screen. It allows you to log temperatures to a file. You can set alarms to notify you when a tempertature is reached.

CopyDog is a software to manage various task of copy in Gnome. With this you can pause/restart at any time the copy of one or more files or directories. if the task fails you can restart it from the beginning or just copy the rest of the file.

This project is to develop a GUI/graphical way to create a .desktop file. Whereas alacarte can be used to do this, alacarte requires multiple creation of several launchers if one wants them in several menu areas. The menu specification allows one .desktop file to lists more than one menu location. This project doesn't support all possible .desktop formating choices, but allows the basics for someone who has a wine file, or some other program they would like to launch graphically to easily be done by locating it in the users menu structure or in the system structure (or in a custom location, like the autostart folder).

Debox GNU/Linux Live CD is a live hybrid distribution based on Debian and OpenBox. Can be used on computers supporting 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x86_64) instruction set architectures. Debox was made with the middle and novice user in mind. Includes a wide range of software: word processor, media players, internet browser, email client, disk utilities, java and few games. Also, a plenty of printers, scanners, bluethooth, web cams, digital tv, fax are supported by default. Different from the majority of the distributions, the Debox desktop environment does not tightly integrate every component but use various programs and tweaks that give the final result. Debox Live CD is full persistence capable so you can store your favorite data on hard disk/USB stick. Debox Live CD can run in old computers that have more of 256MB of Ram whith a 700MHz CPU (but strongly advised 2GB of Ram and unleast 2Ghz CPU)

Instruct with simple commands in which the file names and delay time are specified, eg.: Delayter -m 1 -w 2 -d 3 file1 file2 by which file1 and file2 are scheduled for deletion 1 month, 2 weeks and 3 days from now (roughly 47 days). Useful on projects with many temporary junk files that cannot be deleted until a later time at which you might not remember whether they are important or not. There are safeguards to protect against accidental deletion. Scheduled deletions can be viewed and also retracted. Files will not be deleted if they have been modified since scheduled for deletion.
