    LearningToCompare_FSL

    LearningToCompare_FSL

Learning to Compare: Relation Network for Few-Shot Learning

LearningToCompare_FSL is a PyTorch implementation of the “Learning to Compare: Relation Network for Few-Shot Learning” paper, focusing on the few-shot learning experiments described in that work. The core idea implemented here is the relation network, which learns to compare pairs of feature embeddings and output relation scores that indicate whether two images belong to the same class, enabling classification from only a handful of labeled examples. The repository provides training and evaluation code for standard few-shot benchmarks such as miniImageNet and Omniglot, making it possible to reproduce the experimental results reported in the paper. It includes model definitions, data loading logic, episodic training loops, and scripts that implement the N-way K-shot evaluation protocol common in few-shot research. Researchers can use this codebase as a starting point to test new ideas, modify relation modules, or transfer the approach to new datasets.

    Lightly

    Lightly

A python library for self-supervised learning on images

A python library for self-supervised learning on images. We, at Lightly, are passionate engineers who want to make deep learning more efficient. That's why - together with our community - we want to popularize the use of self-supervised methods to understand and curate raw image data. Our solution can be applied before any data annotation step and the learned representations can be used to visualize and analyze datasets. This allows selecting the best core set of samples for model training through advanced filtering. We provide PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning and PyTorch Lightning distributed examples for each of the models to kickstart your project. Lightly requires Python 3.6+ but we recommend using Python 3.7+. We recommend installing Lightly in a Linux or OSX environment. With lightly, you can use the latest self-supervised learning methods in a modular way using the full power of PyTorch. Experiment with different backbones, models, and loss functions.

    Luminal

    Luminal

Deep learning at the speed of light

Luminal is a framework designed to accelerate and simplify the development of systems-level data applications by using a typed, functional, and streaming-first approach. Instead of treating data processing as a series of ad-hoc scripts, Luminal models transformations as strongly typed building blocks that can be composed into reliable, scalable pipelines. The project emphasizes correctness and performance by requiring explicit types for the data flowing through transformations, reducing runtime surprises and allowing for highly optimized execution. It is particularly well-suited for data engineering workflows where large datasets must be processed incrementally, efficiently, and deterministically. The framework also includes a runtime capable of executing pipelines across multiple backends, making it flexible in cloud and local environments.

    MMdnn

    MMdnn

Tools to help users inter-operate among deep learning frameworks

MMdnn is a set of tools to help users inter-operate among different deep learning frameworks. E.g. model conversion and visualization. Convert models between Caffe, Keras, MXNet, Tensorflow, CNTK, PyTorch Onnx and CoreML. MMdnn is a comprehensive and cross-framework tool to convert, visualize and diagnose deep learning (DL) models. The "MM" stands for model management, and "dnn" is the acronym of deep neural network. We implement a universal converter to convert DL models between frameworks, which means you can train a model with one framework and deploy it with another. During the model conversion, we generate some code snippets to simplify later retraining or inference. We provide a model collection to help you find some popular models. We provide a model visualizer to display the network architecture more intuitively. We provide some guidelines to help you deploy DL models to another hardware platform.

    Machine Learning Yearning

    Machine Learning Yearning

    Machine Learning Yearning

Artificial intelligence, machine learning and deep learning are transforming numerous industries. Professor Andrew Ng is currently writing a book on how to build machine learning projects. The point of this book is not to teach traditional machine learning algorithms, but to teach you how to make machine learning algorithms work. Some technical courses in AI will give you a tool, and this book will teach you how to use those tools. If you aspire to be a technical leader in AI and want to learn how to set a direction for your team, this book will help. This book is still a sample draft. In order to make the corresponding Chinese content available to you as soon as possible, the translation time is rushed, and some of the content is inevitably oversight. You can enter the warehouse address through the Github icon in the upper right corner, and make certain modification suggestions.

    Make-A-Video - Pytorch (wip)

    Make-A-Video - Pytorch (wip)

Implementation of Make-A-Video, new SOTA text to video generator

Implementation of Make-A-Video, new SOTA text to video generator from Meta AI, in Pytorch. They combine pseudo-3d convolutions (axial convolutions) and temporal attention and show much better temporal fusion. The pseudo-3d convolutions isn't a new concept. It has been explored before in other contexts, say for protein contact prediction as "dimensional hybrid residual networks". The gist of the paper comes down to, take a SOTA text-to-image model (here they use DALL-E2, but the same learning points would easily apply to Imagen), make a few minor modifications for attention across time and other ways to skimp on the compute cost, do frame interpolation correctly, get a great video model out. Passing in images (if one were to pretrain on images first), both temporal convolution and attention will be automatically skipped. In other words, you can use this straightforwardly in your 2d Unet and then port it over to a 3d Unet once that phase of the training is done.

    MoCo (Momentum Contrast)

Self-supervised visual learning using momentum contrast in PyTorch

MoCo is an open source PyTorch implementation developed by Facebook AI Research (FAIR) for the papers “Momentum Contrast for Unsupervised Visual Representation Learning” (He et al., 2019) and “Improved Baselines with Momentum Contrastive Learning” (Chen et al., 2020). It introduces Momentum Contrast (MoCo), a scalable approach to self-supervised learning that enables visual representation learning without labeled data. The core idea of MoCo is to maintain a dynamic dictionary with a momentum-updated encoder, allowing efficient contrastive learning across large batches. The repository includes implementations for both MoCo v1 and MoCo v2, the latter improving training stability and performance through architectural and augmentation enhancements. Training is optimized for distributed multi-GPU environments, using DistributedDataParallel for speed and simplicity.
