DBeaver is a free, multi-platform database tool that supports any database having a JDBC driver. It is useful for developers, SQL programmers, database administrators and analysts. SQLTools is a light weight and robust frontend for Oracle database development. This program is not so comprehensive as Tora or TOAD but it is ideal when you need basic data querying capabilities and objects browsing.
