    Kysely

    Kysely

A type-safe typescript SQL query builder

Kysely (pronounce “Key-Seh-Lee”) is a type-safe and autocompletion-friendly typescript SQL query builder. Inspired by knex. Mainly developed for node.js but also runs on deno and in the browser. Kysely makes sure you only refer to tables and columns that are visible to the part of the query you're writing. The result type only has the selected columns with correct types and aliases. As an added bonus you get autocompletion for all that stuff. As shown in the gif above, through the pure magic of modern typescript, Kysely is even able to parse the alias given to pet.name and add the pet_name column to the result row type. Kysely is able to infer column names, aliases and types from selected subqueries, joined subqueries, with statements and pretty much anything you can think of. Of course there are cases where things cannot be typed at compile time, and Kysely offers escape hatches for these situations.

    LINQ to DB

    LINQ to DB

    Linq to database provider

LINQ to DB is the fastest LINQ database access library offering a simple, light, fast, and type-safe layer between your POCO objects and your database. Architecturally it is one step above micro-ORMs like Dapper, Massive, or PetaPoco, in that you work with LINQ expressions, not with magic strings, while maintaining a thin abstraction layer between your code and the database. Your queries are checked by the C# compiler and allow for easy refactoring. However, it's not as heavy as LINQ to SQL or Entity Framework. There is no change-tracking, so you have to manage that yourself, but on the positive side you get more control and faster access to your data. In other words LINQ to DB is type-safe SQL. Alternatively, you can implement custom settings provider with ILinqToDBSettings interface. You can generate POCO classes from your database using T4 templates.

    LivingStyleGuide

    LivingStyleGuide

Easily create front-end style guides with Markdown and Sass/SCSS

Easily create living style guides/front-end style guides/pattern libraries by adding Markdown documentation to your Sass project. By clicking the color swatch in the style guide, users can copy the hex code of the color (useful for designers). When pointing the cursor on the variable name, it will be copied on click instead (useful for developers). The output will respect newlines. You can add any CSS to each example if it helps to make it better in the style guide only. You can set options to apply to all commands or all commands giving a name. This is useful when you depend on Haml or other templating engines. If you want your style guide to work as an API, you might have views already written somewhere else and don’t want to write the same HTML code into the style guide.

    Node Redis

    Node Redis

A high performance Node.js Redis client

This library is a 1 to 1 mapping of the Redis commands. Each Redis command is exposed as a function on the client object. All functions take either an args Array plus optional callback Function or a variable number of individual arguments followed by an optional callback. Node Redis currently doesn't natively support promises (this is coming in v4), however you can wrap the methods you want to use with promises using the built-in Node.js util.promisify method on Node.js >= v8. Care should be taken with user input if arrays are possible (via body-parser, query string or other method), as single arguments could be unintentionally interpreted as multiple args. Minimal parsing is done on the replies. Commands that return a integer return JavaScript Numbers, arrays return JavaScript Array. HGETALL returns an Object keyed by the hash keys. All strings will either be returned as string or as buffer depending on your setting.

    SnappyData

    SnappyData

Memory optimized analytics database, based on Apache Spark

SnappyData (aka TIBCO ComputeDB) is a distributed, in-memory optimized analytics database. SnappyData delivers high throughput, low latency, and high concurrency for a unified analytics workload. By fusing an in-memory hybrid database inside Apache Spark, it provides analytic query processing, mutability/transactions, access to virtually all big data sources and stream processing all in one unified cluster. One common use case for SnappyData is to provide analytics at interactive speeds over large volumes of data with minimal or no pre-processing of the dataset. For instance, there is no need to often pre-aggregate/reduce or generate cubes over your large data sets for ad-hoc visual analytics. This is made possible by smartly managing data in memory, dynamically generating code using vectorization optimizations, and maximizing the potential of modern multi-core CPUs. SnappyData enables complex processing on large data sets in sub-second timeframes.

    Sql driver mock for Golang

    Sql driver mock for Golang

Sql mock driver for golang to test database interactions

sqlmock is a mock library implementing sql/driver. Which has one and only purpose - to simulate any sql driver behavior in tests, without needing a real database connection. It helps to maintain correct TDD workflow. In v1.2.0 sqlmock.Rows has changed to struct from interface, if you were using any type references to that interface, you will need to switch it to a pointer struct type. Also, sqlmock.Rows were used to implement driver.Rows interface, which was not required or useful for mocking and was removed. Visit godoc for general examples and public api reference. See .travis.yml for supported go versions. Different use case, is to functionally test with a real database - go-txdb all database-related actions are isolated within a single transaction so the database can remain in the same state.
