...Install "musl-tools" package on debian/ubuntu derivatives, "musl-gcc" on fedora and equivalent on other distributions from their standard repos. If one needs to build with NVIDIA support in a virtual environment, then it requires some more setup since typically the VM software is unable to directly expose NVIDIA GPU. Unlike the runtime zenith script, the Makefile has been setup to detect only the presence of required NVIDIA libraries, so it is possible to build with NVIDIA support even when without NVIDIA GPU. -

ReViMS, a 3D volume rendering tool for light-sheet/confocal microscopy
Reconstruction and Visualization from Multiple Sections (ReViMS), an open-source, user-friendly software for automatically estimating volume and several other features of 3D multicellular aggregates (i.e., cancer spheroid, zebrafish, fruit fly). ReViMS requires a z-stack of 2D binary masks, obtained by segmenting a sequence of fluorescent images acquired by scanning the aggregate along the z axis, using a confocal or a light-sheet fluorescent microscope. It provides a number of tools for: (a) segmenting z-stacks of fluorescence images; (b) reconstructing the 3D surface of the aggregates and estimating several features (including the volume). ... -

JChart2D is a easy to use component for displaying two- dimensional traces in a coordinate system written in Java. It supports real-time (animated) charting, custom trace rendering, Multithreading, viewports, automatic scaling and labels.
