A tool for visualization, classification, and quantification of three-dimensional secondary ion mass spectrometry data.

This toolbox contains a set of Python procedures in order to compute examples associated with the computation of Realizable Sign Conditions (RiSC) due to the approach by Basu, Pollack and Roy. The RiSC approach is a way to solve and analyze systems of polynomial equations and inequalities over the real numbers in the field of real-algebraic geometry. The involved computations often consist of highly sophisticated notions, not easy to illustrate by hand. VisualRiSC provides implementations of such notions and functions using the Python package SymPy, on the one hand, and an interface to Gnuplot in order for a visualization of examples using the Python package Gnuplot.py.

VividSTORM is a free and open-source standalone software with graphical user interface, for the correlated visualization and analysis of superresolution single molecule localization microscopy (SMLM) molecule lists and conventional pixel intensity-based images. The localization points (LPs) within this ROI can be analyzed using the selected built-in functions. VizStack is a framework to run GPU-enabled applications. You may set up tiled displays, and run popular applications on them. VizStack can convert nodes into a shared remote visualization farm. Individual GPUs can be allocated to users too.

WebBabel is a python web application using OpenBabel to convert files from one format to another. It runs under Windows, Mac or Linux on your desktop, workstation or laptop. It uses the Jmol (or Marvin) viewer to show the structures being converted.

The progress bars have saved the physicists countless hours in total. atpbar had been the sub-package progress of alphatwirl until it became an independent package, with the name atpbar, in February 2019.

Real-time data is defined as a data source with an hourly (or better) frequency, delayed by less than 2hrs. It should provide a breakdown by generation type. Often fossil fuel generation (coal/gas/oil) is combined under a single heading like 'thermal' or 'conventional', this is not a problem. Citizens should not be responsible for the emissions associated with all the products they export, but only for what they consume. Consumption-based accounting (CBA) is a very important aspect of climate policy and allows assigning responsibility to consumers instead of producers. Furthermore, this method is robust to governments relocating dirty production to neighboring countries in order to green their image while still importing from it.
