This project aims at displaying and analysing data recorded by Arexx temperature loggers on Unix operatingsystems.
Although the code is currently implemented for etching data from Arexx loggers, the UI itself is completely independent and can be reused with other temperature databases.
The PDL module gives standard perl the ability to COMPACTLY store and SPEEDILY manipulate the large N-dimensional data sets that are the bread and butter of scientific computing.
Flame graphs are a visualization of profiled software, allowing the most frequent code-paths to be identified quickly and accurately. They can be generated using my open source programs, which create interactive SVGs. See the Updates section for other implementations. Recently I've been helping with d3-flame-graph. The x-axis shows the stack profile population, sorted alphabetically (it is not the passage of time), and the y-axis shows stack depth, counting from zero at the bottom. Each...
NOTE: Code commits were FROZEN on SourceForge in July of 2016, and the project no longer uses sourceforge. All new code is now at <http://github.com/Xastir/Xastir>.
The version you can download here has been obsolete for over 10 years, and other than by deleting the project entirely we can't disable the "Download Now" button. Don't download from here. Go to github.

VisualNMS is a network management system with powerful visualisation features due to its vectorial based rendering (SVG). It is built using perl, javascript, SVG, HTML. It includes Layer 2 autodiscovery based on LLDP and other discovery protocols (Cisco's CDP, Extreme Networks' EDP, etc.). Other features include: real time SVG graphs on links, web2cli engine (AJAX to Telnet/CLI), editable maps, auto layout (based esentially on GraphViz), VLAN mapping (work in progress) based on SNMP.
Research tool for interactive training of artificial neural networks.
BNNS is a research tool for interactive training of artificial neural networks based on the Response Function Plots visualization method. It enables users to simulate, visualize and interact in the learning process of a Multi-Layer Perceptron on tasks which have a 2D character. Tasks like the famous two-spirals task or classification of satellite image data.
ProgPorts is an administrative and easy user interface to hundreds of proteomics, molecular dynamics, and protein crystallography programs. It is a hybrid of the prog/setup system, developed at Johns Hopkins University, and GNU-Darwin ports system.
This project aims to develop a cross platform environment for utilisation of various open source and freely available molecular dynamics and bioinformatics tools. Some extra features are included such as protein hydrophobicity and hydrophilicity plots.
PRTG Catches Network Issues Before They Cause Downtime
Threshold-based alerts flag problems early, so your team can act before users notice, not after.
Reactive troubleshooting usually means hearing about a problem from frustrated users, not your monitoring tool. PRTG sets threshold-based alerts across devices, servers and applications, notifying your team by email, SMS or push the moment a metric crosses a set limit. That means catching a failing disk or overloaded server before it becomes an outage and getting time back from firefighting. Start a free trial and set your first alerts today.
ProcessViewBrowser & ProcessViewServer represent an OpenSource attempt to industrial process visualization. It is based on Qt and is very portable. (Now also available as commercial software)
