AquaTerm is a Mac OS X grahics renderer. It allows commandline applications written in ObjC, C, FORTRAN, Lisp, Perl or Python to display vector graphics, text and images using a simple API. Adapters for gnuplot, PGPLOT, and PLplot exists as well.
As of 2018-06-28, this project has moved to https://github.com/AdamaJava. This copy of the code will remain but all new code updates and releases will be from the new site.
Java code developed by the Australian ICGC team for operating on next-generation sequencing data. This code is currently being maintained and expanded by the QIMR Berghofer Genome Informatics team (http://www.qimrberghofer.edu.au/lab/genome-informatics/)

Easy Block Diagram Creator using YAML and GraphViz
gablock is a Block Diagram creation tool. Block Diagrams are described in easy-to-write YAML files. These files are translated into the DOT language used by GraphViz. GraphViz is then called to produce a block diagram in any format GraphViz supports, such as PNG, JPEG, SVG, or PDF.
Deploy in 115+ regions with the modern database for every enterprise.
MongoDB Atlas gives you the freedom to build and run modern applications anywhere—across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. With global availability in over 115 regions, Atlas lets you deploy close to your users, meet compliance needs, and scale with confidence across any geography.
Krona allows hierarchical data to be explored with zoomable HTML5 pie charts. Krona charts can be created using an Excel template or Krona Tools, which includes support for several bioinformatics tools and raw data formats.
Converts value change dump files to a plain-text table.
Vcd2txt is an utility to parse value change dump (VCD) files and convert them to an easily readable (plain-text) table of signals. In contrast to GTKwave, simulation of hardware circuits can be performed fully on the commandline.
Gplot provides a convenient front-end for gnuplot. It accepts a large set of options to generate a single plot of one or more sets of data (overlaid as necessary).
Quaternions are numbers with 4 parts: one for time, three for space. This project creates commandline functions that generate thousands of points of quaternions, for the animation software. Think: analytical animation! See VisualPhysics.org examples.

Perl-Programs to extract information (and visualize them with gnuplot) from data-files from the PZG Particle Sampler from "rr-elektronik" (see http://www.rr-elektronik.de). Linux/KDE-version, GUI written in QT or Gambas. Win32-ver: pzg-tools.npage.de
This small, sharp tool generates SVG charts and graphs for use in other processes. This could easily be used to generate dynamic charts for web sites, statistical displays or other data visualization in a fully-scalable way.
