SPIW - Scanning Probe Image Wizard

SPIW - Scanning Probe Image Wizard

Scanning Probe Image Wizard - MATLAB Toolbox

...Tools are applicable to all SPM images, but the main focus is on images with atomic or molecular resolution. SPIW is primarily a MATLAB toolbox with functions designed to be called in a user's own script. SPIW also has a very basic GUI for browsing and exporting images. For information on SPIW's performance see our publication ( http://dx.doi.org/10.1063/1.4827076 ) in the Review of Scientific Instruments. Flexible Brain Graph Visualizer

    Flexible Brain Graph Visualizer

Matlab code to visualise brain graphs from connectivity matrices

This very configurable script allows you to plot a 3D (MNI space) visualisation of a brain graph, with edges represented by cylinders and vertices represented by spheres. To aid orientation, a cortical mesh can be added, as can convex hull outlines. The colouring and sizing scheme is fully configurable for both edges and vertices. You can see some example output in <http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22677149> <http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20541019> <http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24562717>
