Automatic C interfacing for Julia
Use CBinding.jl to automatically create C library bindings with Julia at runtime. In order to support the fully automatic conversion and avoid name collisions, the names of C types or functions are mangled a bit to work in Julia. Therefore everything generated by CBinding.jl can be accessed with the c"..." string macro to indicate that it lives in C-land. As an example, the function func above is available in Julia as c"func". -

ParallelStencil empowers domain scientists to write architecture-agnostic high-level code for parallel high-performance stencil computations on GPUs and CPUs. Performance similar to CUDA C / HIP can be achieved, which is typically a large improvement over the performance reached when using only CUDA.jl or AMDGPU.jl GPU Array programming. Ccide is a Decision Table preprocessor.
Ccide reads a source program, in one of several programming languages, expands all embedded decision tables, and generates the new, expanded source. Ccidew processes C language programs directly. The script, ccide, uses ccidew and m4, to process BASIC, JAVA, CC, C++, BASH, QB, VB, and EX(euphoria), source files containing embedded decision tables. Ccide checks all conditions once and only once, avoiding side effects. Ccide checks tables for conflicts and other errors. We present an improved ball and stick representation called HyperBalls. This type of depiction is particularly useful to represent dynamic phenomena, such as the evolution of non covalent bonds and takes advantage of GPU capabilities. HyperBalls are now fully integrated into the UnityMol software and are actively developed in that context.
