graphite: a portable graphics library, written in Java, JOGL and Postscript that allows rapid generation of high-quality graphs using an efficient, compact Java engine.
Nested pie chart is for tree visualization. Each node of the tree has a size and color attribute, enabling the chart to be used as a heatmap. Linear arrangement of the nodes in decreasing order of size is an advantage over rectangular heatmaps.
msgnet is a library that implements a simulation framework with visualisation for message passing networks.
This might be useful for teachers and students of distributed systems courses.
MicroArray Genome Imaging and Clustering Tool (MAGIC tool) is a platform-independant java program for analyzing MicroArray data (.tiff scans & .txt godlists) via graphs and clustering operations (including QT-clustering). http://www.bio.davidson.edu/magic
NanoGraph is a java component for graph visualisation. It aims to visualize domain oriented object models without requiring code changes to these models. Design goals include a small footprint and Swing/SWT/SVG support.
GiANT is a graphical interface for computer algebra systems (OS X/UNIX/Win). Currently GiANT lets the user work with number fields via KASH, but we aim to develop it into a GUI Library to run on top of any CAS and expose any of its functions.
Use map data to plan hikes or explore new areas. Includes 3D maps of terrain rendered in real-time; trace trails across the terrain and get height verses distance profiles; tile together adjacent maps to create seamless map areas. Reads USGS SDTS files.
The Generation5 Java Development Kit (JDK) enables users to create demonstration programs and applets for a wide variety of Artificial Intelligence and Artificial Life paradigms.
Transform your applications and workflows into powerful agentic systems at global scale.
Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform lets you rapidly build, scale, govern and optimize production-ready agents grounded in your organization's data. The platform enables developers to build custom or pre-built agents for virtually any use case. New customers get $300 in free credits.
OO-Widgets is a JavaSwing project that makes the JTable and other components much easier to use. This library differs from other Swing libraries in that it displays any set of pre-existing objects or JavaBeans.
A Java software for 3D visualization of graphs/networks. It implements many graph layout algorithms (such as force-directed methods), graph generators (such as scale-free networks) and graph modifiers. Most functions can be accessed through its GUI.
Chaotic Attractors is a JAVA program to generate images of chaotic attractors. Chaotic attractors are used in chaos theory. Even though they have their seeds in science, they are very artistic. They are great as wallpaper, too.
PolyTreeTable is a Swing Component that can display a graph where nodes have multiple parents (polyhierarchy). There is a focus node, a parent tree above, a child tree below, parents expand upwards. It is a JTable derivate with multiple columns.
UMLet is an open-source Java tool for rapidly drawing UML diagrams, with a focus on a sound and pop-up-free user interface. Its homepage is www.umlet.com.
v15.1 released on March 20, 2023.
JOpenChart is an open source Java library and toolkit for creating different kinds of charts and embedding them into web applications or Swing applications. It further supports interpolating data and plotting mathematical functions etc. pp.
jChart is a free Java library for drawing complex business & scientific charts. It may be used in Java applications and applets as a Swing-like GUI component, and also in servlets to publish the charts on the Web in several formats.
jlpv is a Java Light PACS Viewer application useful for review series or images from DICOM data retrieved from the DCM4CHEE PACS system. It also uses ImageJ as a rendering engine or viewer. This project is in a early stage.
Ged(Pluginable Graph Editor) is modern visual Graph Editor, written on java, with pluginable interface for different algorithms on graph's and different graph's formats.
Simple editor and analyzer of Petri nets. It allows you to build reachability tree with/without instant transitions and Markov chains. It is also possible to set transition distributions and set all the parameters of the current distribution.
This project was made as a course project at NTUU "KPI" during attending classes "Computer modelling".
Feel free to make any changes to the current version or ask me if you have any question.
SCTMF is an in development progress software aimed to educational learning of Formal Models, used in Computer Theory course.
The meaning of SCTMF is Sistema para Criação e Testes de Modelos Formais (Formal Model Creation and Tests System).
