    Interpolations.jl

    Interpolations.jl

Fast, continuous interpolation of discrete datasets in Julia

This package implements a variety of interpolation schemes for the Julia language. It has the goals of ease of use, broad algorithmic support, and exceptional performance. Currently, this package supports B-splines and irregular grids. The API has been designed with the intent to support more options. Initial support for Lanczos interpolation was recently added. Pull requests are more than welcome! It should be noted that the API may continue to evolve over time.

    PairPlots.jl

    PairPlots.jl

Beautiful and flexible vizualizations of high dimensional data

Beautiful and flexible visualizations of high-dimensional data. This package produces pair plots, otherwise known as corner plots or scatter plot matrices: grids of 1D and 2D histograms that allow you to visualize high-dimensional data. Pair plots are an excellent way to visualize the results of MCMC simulations, but are also a useful way to visualize correlations in general data tables. The default styles of this package roughly reproduce the output of the Python library corner.py for a single series and chainconsumer.py for multiple series. ...

    LostGrid

    LostGrid

LostGrid is a powerful grid system built in PostCSS

Lost Grid is a powerful grid system built in PostCSS that works with any preprocessor and even vanilla CSS. LostGrid makes use of calc() to create stunning grids based on fractions you define without having to pass a lot of options. LostGrid relies on calc() to create the grid. Thus, LostGrid is limited to browsers that support calc(). The great thing is that calc() is widely supported in all current browsers and the LostGrid usage of calc() is supported as far back as IE9+. If using LostGrid in flexbox mode browser support is limited to IE 10+. ...

    DiffEqOperators.jl

    DiffEqOperators.jl

Linear operators for discretizations of differential equations

...It allows building lazy operators for high order non-uniform finite differences in an arbitrary number of dimensions, including vector calculus operators. For the operators, both centered and upwind operators are provided, for domains of any dimension, arbitrarily spaced grids, and for any order of accuracy. The cases of 1, 2, and 3 dimensions with an evenly spaced grid are optimized with a convolution routine from NNlib.jl. Care is taken to give efficiency by avoiding unnecessary allocations, using purpose-built stencil compilers, allowing GPUs and parallelism, etc. Any operator can be concretized as an Array, a BandedMatrix or a sparse matrix.

    Crygr

Compare and visualize charge densities from various file formats.

...It can create a 2D plane of charge densities or create a 1D representation of the charge densities along a given line, in both cases it can also export the graphical representations to various image formats. The program can import various file formats such as space 3D grids of charge density values, created in a quantum chemistry programs Gaussian, Crystal and VASP. Wave functions in the form of .wfn files are also supported and serve, not only to compute the charge densities, but also laplacian as the sum of second partial derivatives of charge density. Thanks to the cooperation with the author of Jana2006 Vaclav Petricek, the program supports also multipoles obtained by measurements on a diffractometer. ...

    ncmerge

Merge multiple irregular NetCDF grids into an equirectangular grid.

ncmerge can combine cell-based irregular grids very quickly into a single equirectangular (Plate Carree) grid to simplify visualization workflows. It first creates a map file from coordinate grids, and then performs fast lookups when regridding data values. 3D time varying variables are supported.
