Olex2 is visualisation software for small-molecule crystallography developed at Durham University/EPSRC. It provides comprehensive tools for crystallographic model manipulation for the end user and an extensible development framework for programmers. The project has been supported by Olexsys Ltd since 2010.

A general flow visualization Matlab toolbox for image processing of some common planar/surface visualization techniques from PLIF (Planar laser induce fluorescence) for tracer distribution, BOS (background oriented Schlieren) for density, TSLC (Temperature sensitive liquid crystal) for thermal and PSP (Pressure sensitive paint) pressure distribution measurement. DSOL is a full featured multi-formalism, distributed simulation environment developed at Delft University of Technology (The Netherlands). DSOL has support for discrete event and for continuous modeling. Formalisms supported are event scheduling, DEVS, flow-based simulation, and continuous modeling through sets of differential equations. The first release was introduced at IEEE's Winter Simulation Conference in 2002. Since then, numerous papers and PhD dissertations have been developed, with applications in the fields of transportation and traffic, logistics, supply chain management, gaming and training, health care, and many others.

This tool provides an interactive visualization of the Wikipedia information space, primarily as a means of navigating the category hierarchy as well as the article network. The project is implemented in Java, utilizing the Java 3D package. This was a student project in 2004-2005 at the University of Macau. This is the code from April 2005 that was finally uploaded to SourceForge in 2012 for archival purposes and to meet the demand from Wikipedia researchers world-wide.

iSNS is an interactive neural network simulator written in Java/Java3D. The program is intended to be used in lessons of Neural Networks. The program was developed by students as the software project at Charles University in Prague.

SST is a an object-oriented software foundation for a Rail Vehicle Simulator developed as a joint venture between Swedish National Rail Administration (Banverket), University of Uppsala and Swedish National Road and Transport Research Instititute.
