...First, we implement the advantage algorithms of LFQuant (Proteomics 2012, 12, (23-24), 3475-84) and SILVER (Bioinformatics 2014, 30, (4), 586-7) into PANDA. Second, we consider the state-of-art concept of quantification reliability in this quantitative workflow. On the levels of spectra, peptides and proteins, PANDA works out a few quantitative filters and new scores for quantification confidence. Third, PANDA is designed for processing proteomics big data in parallel.

The SVG_plot C++ library allows, with a few lines of C++ code, to add plotting of data, held in STL containers like vector and map, output as SVG files that can be viewed by all modern browsers. 1D, 2D and Boxplots can be produced, and there are a myriad of options to control appearance. The plots are very high quality and can be expanded without loss of quality (no pixelation!) but are tiny, (compared for a Microsoft Excel plot, for example) and are easily compressible, making them suitable for real-time transmission and update. The SVG_plot project was originally written by Jake Voytko in 2007 as a Boost-sponsored Google Summer of Code project in 2007. QFlow is a dataflow framework written in Qt which allows interaction of QObjects in a dataflow graphs. Such a workflow can contain graphical modules(QWidgets) which would be displayed during the execution of graph and can interact with other QObjects. Framework consists of Designer and multiple plugins with modules.
