NanoCap is a generic application for the construction of low energy fullerene and capped nanotube structures. It provides an ideal tool to accompany the study of finite carbon molecules using computer simulation. The implementation involves a standalone application which includes a GUI and allows for dynamic visual inspection through 3D rendering. In addition, the NanoCap core libraries can be used in custom Python scripts that enabled the user to produce structures in bulk or to include the structure generation routines into pre-existing code.

NetCDF support for the Julia programming language, there is a high-level and a medium-level interface for writing and reading netcdf files. The dimensions "x1" and "t" of the variable are called "x1" and "t" in this example. If the dimensions do not exist yet in the file, they will be created. The dimension "x1" will be of length 10 and have the values 11..20, and the dimension "t" will have length 20 and the attribute "units" with the value "s".

A very lightweight advanced terrain-rendering and 3D map rendering system. Minimal dependencies: OpenGL, SDL. The Algorithm at the heart of it features my first and second theorem abut polygonal surface approximation. It took something like 2 years to develop it. It's technically a view-dependent, continuous dynamic level-of-detail rendering algorithm. Main features are simplicity and documentation. Does easily a 4k x 4k terrain, but also much more.
