The flNeuronTool allows users to reconstruct and proofread neuronal morphologies in light microscopy images. The system incorporates automatic tracing and manual editing of neuron reconstruction into a cooperative 3D interactive visualization-assisted environment, which is a powerful tool for analysis of complex neuronal images.
Converts 3-D COMSOL mph file to a Tecplot compatible file
The MATLAB m.file will export data contained within a 3-D COMSOL mph file to a datafile in the format of an ascii TECPLOT file. The underlying engine for this export is the COMSOL - "LiveLink for MATLAB" module, with Matlab as the manager for the file import and export.
"Voxel Surface" is a MATLAB program that creates exact surfaces from 3-D voxel data such as from MRI and CT Scan. It replaces MATLAB isosurface, isocap and isonormals functions, which have several deficiencies. See README file and Gallery pictures.
