Goldify is a set of tools that allow automated addition of links into electronic documents. Its main purpose is to allow such addition of links into documents that wish to link to the IUPAC GoldBook (http://goldbook.iupac.org).

This Library for Java shall enable developers to use (at first read, maybe later writer) MDF Files, as described by the Format Specification MDF Format by Vector Informatics. The MDF file format is widely used in automotive engineering and other fields for the recording of measurement data. This Java library parses MDF files and enables different kind of read access. If this library is not helpful for a particular purpose it can at least be used to see how the parsing (and therefore how the file format itself) works.

map2bsb is a program that can convert charts in the map format to the more widely used bsb format. Note that there are plenty of map formats: basically each chart plotter (Ozi Explorer, Scannav, etc.) has its own. Note also that the bsb format does not support vectorial charts. Thus the vectorial map chart won't convert. Stymaker is a GUI application assisting LaTeX users with creating their own style packages. After filling a simple form one can get a new package file corresponding to the chosen settings. This package may be included in preamble of LaTeX document by: \usepackage{mystyle} The new package, based on standard LaTeX packages, allows changing of the document layout, or appearance of standard environments like such as lists. While testing new settings one may instantly view actual changes in an external PDF viewer.

Text and binary file transformation. Text-based sed, awk, etc. failed me when I needed a simple way to transform binary files to something else. Transformenator is what resulted.
